Agribio Pantasia is a family-run farm located in the hills of San Giuliano di Puglia (CB), in Molise, within a rural context rich in biodiversity and agricultural traditions. Spanning over 30 hectares cultivated according to the principles of organic farming and agroecology, the farm promotes a regenerative production model based on soil conservation, the enhancement of local varieties, and energy and production self-sufficiency.
A central element of Agribio Pantasia’s agroecological approach is the protection of the agroecosystem through crop diversification: cereals, legumes, vegetables, orchards, and especially olive trees of the native Oliva Nera di Colletorto variety, from which a high-quality extra virgin olive oil is produced. For years, the farm has experimented with evolutionary populations in collaboration with the Rete Semi Rurali, selecting resilient varieties capable of adapting to climate change without the use of chemical inputs. In addition, the farm adopts agronomic practices such as crop rotation, cover cropping, and minimum tillage. Agricultural activity is complemented by an on-farm processing laboratory, enabling the direct production of preserves, flours, pasta, and juices, thus strengthening short supply chains and food sovereignty.
Agribio Pantasia has also developed rural and educational tourism activities in collaboration with GAL Innova Plus, promoting an open and inclusive model of agriculture. The farm is deeply rooted in the Molise region, a connection strengthened through short supply chains that bring producers and consumers closer together, fostering trust and a sense of community. What further distinguishes Agribio Pantasia is its strong commitment to research and innovation: collaboration with research institutions allows the farm to experiment with sustainable practices, adopt cutting-edge solutions, and actively contribute to knowledge sharing within a framework of networking and cooperation.
