Agroecology in the Mediterranean | Stories of Sustainability and Connections
The research project AgrEcoMed is aimed specifically at women entrepreneurs and young farmers with the goal of facilitating the agroecological transition of Mediterranean farms by promoting practices that are sustainable from an ecological, social, and economic perspective, aimed at addressing the region’s climate challenges.
The report “Agroecology in the Mediterranean | Stories of Sustainability and Connections” has a twofold objective: to present the results of the analysis and the characteristics that emerged from the experiences of agroecological transition collected following the publication of a call for proposals, and to highlight the selected practices, recognized as best practices and therefore worthy of dissemination, in order to encourage the launch of similar initiatives and behaviors.
