The methodological document on laboratory and digital training for agroecological transition has been prepared. It aims to establish training labs both in the field and online for sector operators interested in creating a sustainable, resilient, biodiverse, and socially just production system. The main objective is to strengthen the system of knowledge and cooperation among Mediterranean farmers, with particular attention to farms run by young people and women.
The laboratory approach, in fact, not only facilitates knowledge transfer but also encourages interaction and collaboration among sector stakeholders.
In particular, the training labs aim to promote:
- agroecological farming and efficient resource use
- the initiation of individual and joint actions aimed at mitigating and adapting to climate change (environmental and conservation practices, enhancement of agricultural landscapes)
- the organization of common work processes, short supply chains, and local markets within the Mediterranean agroecological system
The document will be available online soon.
